Rev. Kristin Breuss (Chair) is Associate Pastor / Curate at Lighthouse London church. Prior to studying theology and her ordination in June 2014, Kristin was a Managing Director in Goldman Sachs’ Human Capital Management Division. She spent nearly 19 years with the bank in roles including investment banking, marketing, training and development, and reward across the New York, Moscow and London offices. She holds an MBA from Columbia University and a degree in Political Science and Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is American by birth but has lived in London with her husband and three children for 15 years. She is passionate about Spear and its transforming impact on the individuals and communities who serve and are served.
Siji Adesemowo is an investment banker, covering a broad range of clients, primarily within the Sub-Saharan African Oil & Gas, TMT and Mining sectors. He holds an MSc in Engineering Business Management and an undergraduate degree in in Engineering, both from the University of Warwick. A Camden resident for many years, Siji is passionate about the borough and in particularly, youth development.
Alain Allard holds a PhD in Consumer Psychology from Queen’s University Belfast and an MSc in Food Policy from City University in London. He worked in the catering industry for 16 years before changing careers. Alain now works as a Health and Safety Advisor for a large event company.
Roshni Ananda de Alwis holds a law degree (LL.B.) from Bristol University and a Masters in Intellectual Property and Media Laws (LL.M) from University College London. Despite being a qualified barrister, she pursued a career in management consulting, working both in consulting firms as well as in-house within the TMT sector globally. Roshni currently manages her own business interests as she raises two children.
Nana Darko is a director at Blackrock Asset Management in London. Prior to moving to Blackrock, Nana worked as a solicitor at Linklaters LLP for nearly 11 years. During her time at Linklaters, Nana was involved in several pro bono initiatives, the vast majority of which involved working with or mentoring young people – something which Nana is very passionate about. Nana was born in the London Borough of Camden and now resides in North West London with her husband and two young children. Nana has a law degree from Oxford University.
Rev Andy Keighley is Senior Pastor/Vicar of Lighthouse London church. Andy took on leadership of the church in 2006. Since then membership has grown from 10 to more than 300 people from all nations and backgrounds. Andy is passionate to encourage hope in the community, and Holy Trinity have a dedicated Community and Families Pastor, Youth Worker and Children’s Worker. Andy is also Deputy Chair of Governors at Holy Trinity Primary school, is involved in prison Alpha, wholeness and healing ministry, and co-leads Space – a summer holiday event for young adults. Before switching to church leadership, Andy was a company and commercial solicitor in the city, and worked in the industry for more than ten years.
Chi-Eun Lee is Business Development Director at Barclaycard Payment Solutions, leading initiatives on strategic partnerships, international growth and innovation strategy. Prior to joining Barclaycard, she worked at McKinsey & Co. and LG Electronics Europe. She studied Psychology at Yonsei University in Korea and has an MBA from Harvard.
Chi-Chi Obuaya is an adult psychiatrist, based in the NHS, with a particular passion for refugee and asylum seeker mental health. He has an MBA from Imperial College London.
Matthew Pearson (Treasurer) is a resident of North-West London. Matthew is passionate about charitable work and has been a supporter of Camden Spear since it began. Matthew is a qualified solicitor and works at Clyde & Co LLP, advising clients on insurance and shipping litigation. He holds an LLB degree in Law from Newcastle University.
Joanna Shakhmin (Vice chair) is a resident of North-West London. Her career began at Rothschild, advising clients on mergers and acquisitions. After Rothschild, she worked at the educational charity, Future Leaders, in business development and impact evaluation. Joanna is passionate about charitable work and has a particular interest in young people, education, and employment. Following the birth of her child, Joanna decided to take a career break. She holds an MSc degree in Management from ESCP Europe. Joanna has previously served on board of Camden Spear Trust until February 2014.
